New Mazda CX-90 was purchased at this dealer, Luther Mazda of Lee's Summit. The dealership and our Product Specialist Shay were great. I have very bad experience at this dealership. Managers and employees very rude 😒. They will pull your credit report 4 no reason. I told them I got loan through my bank and they know I got better APR from my bank and they still pulled my credit report and didn't give me good APR. They also charge 4 application fee $700 dollars. This place was wonderful, patient, and extremely personable. I initially went to support my partner because he was looking for a car. However, because of Shay and the other staff there we both ended up leaving with a car. We did not get the typical pushy salesperson experience but honest and knowledgeable people that made the experience much easier and stress free.
Isaiah, Hector and the selling manager (so sorry I cannot remember his name) were SO great to my husband and I. Very disappointed with how I was treated by a sales writer in the service department. After having my car serviced, I hired a tow truck to pick my car up from Luther’s Mazda and bring it back to my house (it will eventually need an engine replacement). Ever since it has switch from Eddys Mazda to Luther’s Mazda I’ve had an issue with them finding my maintenance insurance information. I hate that I’m expected to pay for something each month but when it comes time for me to use it I get no answer or dumbfounded faces. Extremely frustrating. And unorganized
Brought our Mazda here for Missouri state inspection and for some other little things wrong with it. There was some issue's getting parts delivered. That was not the Mazda shops wrong doing, but they was willing to go above and beyond to make it right. Everyone was helpful and the shop was uber busy. Still that being said, they was on it. I recently went here to buy my first brand new car. I was welcomed immediately and was sat down with Micheal. I wanted to share my experience with the service department recently.
My Miata stopped on the highway and was towed to this dealership.
They looked at my car for a few days and proceeded to tell me I needed a new engine at a cost of over 10,000.
I wanted to get a second opinion and I am very glad I did.
My car needed some timing chain repair and was in no way needing a new engine.
It honesty makes me sad to think a dealership would make this kind of statement or error.

Just visited Luther Mazda for an oil change for the first time since they changed from Eddie’s mazda. Very disappointed and won’t be back, not only have their prices almost doubled, they no longer accept competitors coupons. I left there very disappointed only to find out they left my change oil alert on and when I called the service manager told me they have no clue how to reset it.
Wow worked with us so well. We purchased a 2023 CX-50 off the show room floor. Santino worked so fantastically to get us a deal we wanted. The new manager Tyron even went to bat for us with Mazada to get us the CX-50. Reggie in the finance office got us what we wanted in the loan and services. All I can say again is wow.
Update: We found out that this vehicle had the transmission fixed/replaced two times before we got it. We were told by Customer Relations that they had no idea how the vehicle even got from Wichita to Lee's Summit, as it did not run. We were PROMISED a replacement vehicle and we took the deal. Bought car dealer sold car without having title in hand. Cannot register car appropriately. I have to now take car to get inspected my cost to verify car ID and mileage to ensure not stolen.
The lack of communication is ridiculous. I booked an appointment for the Educator oil change promotion using the valet service because of my teacher work schedule. I got it home and found that there were crumbs in most of the seats, the windows were absolutely disgusting, the wheels were covered in brake dust.
